Appointments
You book appointments online through Salonized, where you enter your own name and contact details. I only use them to plan and carry out your appointment (legal basis: performance of a contract). Salonized (a Dutch company) processes the data on my behalf; you can also read their privacy policy.
Messages via WhatsApp, phone or email
If you send me a message, I only use your details to reply (legal basis: legitimate interest). WhatsApp (Meta) and Gmail (Google) may also process data outside the EU, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
This website
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA); data transfers to the US are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The website uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The fonts are hosted on this server. The hosting provider briefly keeps technical log files (such as your IP address) to keep the website secure (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Photos and videos
I only publish photos and videos of clients with their permission. Want a photo or video of you removed? Just let me know.
How long I keep data
No longer than necessary: messages until your question is dealt with, appointment details for as long as you are a client. Data I need for my accounts is kept for 7 years, as required by law.
Your rights
You can access your data, ask me to correct or delete it, restrict its use, object to its use and request a copy. Just email me. If you disagree with how I handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
